Lethargy also falls under one of those commonest asthma attack symptoms. It refers to the feeling of tiredness, which is quite usual for asthmatic persons. The answer of some sleep posture that are interrupted, availability of oxygen to the blood and body tissues, and forming up of muscular lactic acid, which then result in generalized fatigue of the muscles.
